Overview

This website is operated by NISA for Women. Throughout the site, the terms “NISA,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to NISA for Women.

By visiting our website, purchasing from us, submitting content, or otherwise using our website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced on our website, including our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Please review these Terms before using our website or completing a purchase.

1. Online Store Terms

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not use our website, products, content, or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose or in a manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.

We reserve the right to restrict use of our services or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, misuse of promotions, inventory or pricing errors, or violations of these Terms.

2. Products & Availability

Many NISA collections are produced in limited quantities. All products, sizes, colors, promotional items, and complimentary gifts are subject to availability and may sell out without notice.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, update product offerings, or make reasonable changes to our collections and services.

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, measurements, materials, colors, photographs, and other product information accurately.

However, colors and appearance may vary depending on screen settings, devices, photography, lighting, or display conditions. Minor variations in color, measurements, texture, print placement, drape, or finishing may also occur due to the nature of fabrics and garment production.

3. AI-Assisted & Digitally Created Visual Content

NISA for Women may use artificial intelligence, digital editing, retouching, compositing, or other creative technologies to assist in producing certain website, editorial, advertising, social media, or product-presentation imagery.

These technologies may be used for purposes such as model presentation, styling concepts, backgrounds, creative direction, visual storytelling, or presentation of our designs.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that material product information—including descriptions, materials, measurements, construction details, colors, and other relevant product characteristics—is presented accurately.

AI-assisted or digitally created imagery may be illustrative in nature. Customers should review the applicable product descriptions, measurements, materials, specifications, and available product information when making purchasing decisions.

AI-assisted or digitally created content is not intended to materially misrepresent the product being offered for sale.

4. Pricing & Payment

Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed on our website are in U.S. dollars.

Prices, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice.

The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed at the time your order is submitted, after any valid promotion or discount has been applied.

We reserve the right to correct accidental pricing, typographical, inventory, or product-information errors.

If an error materially affects an order that has already been placed, we may contact you regarding the issue or cancel the affected order and issue the applicable refund.

5. Orders & Customer Information

When placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information, including your name, email address, payment information, and shipping address.

You are responsible for reviewing your order and shipping information before completing checkout.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may limit or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because of product availability, suspected fraud, unauthorized payment activity, pricing or inventory errors, misuse of promotional offers, or other legitimate business reasons.

If NISA cancels an order after payment has been successfully processed, the applicable amount paid for the cancelled portion of the order will be refunded.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase, provided the order has not already been fulfilled or transferred to a shipping carrier.

Because orders may be prepared quickly, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations once fulfillment has begun.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will instead be subject to our applicable Return & Refund Policy.

If you notice an error in your order or shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to assist before fulfillment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

7. Promotions, Discount Codes & Complimentary Offers

From time to time, NISA may offer promotional pricing, discount codes, complimentary shipping, gifts with purchase, or other special offers.

Promotions may be subject to eligibility requirements, minimum purchase amounts, exclusions, expiration dates, redemption limits, or other conditions communicated with the offer.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers and discount codes:

  • Have no cash value;

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash;

  • May be subject to redemption limits; and

  • May not be combined with other offers unless specifically permitted.

NISA reserves the right to decline, cancel, or correct a promotional offer where there has been an error, suspected fraud, misuse, unauthorized distribution of a restricted code, or failure to meet stated promotional requirements.

Using a general promotional or discount code does not automatically make an otherwise eligible product Final Sale unless the promotion specifically states otherwise.

Promotional Gifts With Purchase

Certain promotions may include a complimentary gift with a qualifying purchase.

If the qualifying purchase is returned, the promotional gift may also be required to be returned unused and in its original condition in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

If an applicable promotional gift is not returned, its stated retail or promotional value may be deducted from an otherwise eligible refund as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Small surprise gifts or appreciation items voluntarily included by NISA that were not advertised or offered as a benefit of a qualifying purchase are yours to keep and do not need to be returned unless otherwise stated.

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns, refunds, size exchanges, Final Sale purchases, return shipping costs, promotional gifts, damaged or defective products, and related eligibility requirements are governed by our current Return & Refund Policy.

Customers are responsible for reviewing applicable return conditions before completing a purchase.

Nothing in these Terms or our policies is intended to limit rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

9. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping options, estimated delivery times, applicable charges, and other shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Once a properly addressed and packaged order has been transferred to a third-party shipping carrier, transportation and delivery are performed by that carrier.

NISA does not own, operate, or control third-party shipping carriers and cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates or prevent delays, transit interruptions, mishandling, loss, misdelivery, or damage occurring while a package is in the carrier's possession.

Customers experiencing a carrier-related issue may be required to contact the applicable carrier directly. NISA will make reasonable efforts to assist with tracking information or other information available to us where appropriate.

This does not apply to fulfillment errors caused by NISA, such as sending an incorrect item or shipping an order to an address different from the address correctly provided by the customer.

10. Product Care & Use

Customers are responsible for reviewing and following any product-care instructions provided with an item or displayed on our website.

NISA is not responsible for product damage resulting from improper washing, drying, ironing, steaming, storage, alteration, misuse, failure to follow provided care instructions, or normal wear and tear.

This does not affect claims concerning verified manufacturing defects or other rights available under applicable law.

11. Customer Reviews, Photos, Videos & User-Submitted Content

Customers may have the opportunity to submit ratings, reviews, photographs, videos, testimonials, comments, or other content through our website or designated NISA channels.

By voluntarily submitting content directly to NISA, you represent that the content is your own or that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit it.

You retain ownership of the content you submit.

By voluntarily submitting a review, photograph, video, testimonial, or other content through a NISA review or content-submission feature, you grant NISA for Women a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to use, reproduce, display, resize, crop, format, and share that content in connection with our business, including on our website, social media, email marketing, and other NISA promotional materials.

Where appropriate, NISA may identify submitted content using the first name, display name, social media handle, or other attribution voluntarily provided with the submission.

We will not intentionally publish private contact information such as your email address, telephone number, billing information, or shipping address as part of a public customer review or testimonial.

Submitting content does not guarantee that it will be published. We may moderate, decline, or remove content containing spam, unlawful material, private information, abusive content, fraudulent or misleading information, or material that infringes another person's rights.

Review Photos & Videos

Please upload only photographs or videos that you are comfortable submitting and that you have the right to share.

If another identifiable individual appears in content you submit, you are responsible for obtaining any permission necessary to share that content.

Customer-Service Photos

Photographs, videos, or other materials submitted solely for a private customer-service purpose, such as documenting a damaged product, shipping issue, return, or defect, will not be treated as marketing or promotional content simply because they were provided to NISA.

2. Reviews & Promotional Incentives

Reviews should reflect the customer's genuine experience and opinions.

From time to time, NISA may offer an incentive for submitting an eligible review. Receiving an incentive does not require a customer to provide a positive review. Customers are encouraged to share their honest experience and opinions.

Where NISA offers its $10 Review Reward, the reward is valid toward a future qualifying purchase of $40 or more, calculated before shipping and applicable taxes.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • One Review Reward may be redeemed per qualifying order.
  • A customer may earn another Review Reward after a future eligible purchase and eligible review, even if a previous Review Reward has already been redeemed.
  • Review Rewards may be combined with other NISA discounts or promotional offers only where those offers are specifically eligible to combine.
  • Review Rewards have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash, transferred, refunded, or applied retroactively to a previous purchase.
  • Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, duplicate, spam, or otherwise ineligible purchases or review submissions may not qualify for a Review Reward.
  • Providing a positive review is not a condition of receiving a Review Reward.

NISA reserves the right to verify eligibility and to modify, suspend, or discontinue a review incentive or its terms where reasonably necessary.

The Review Reward is intended as our way of thanking customers for the time they take to share their genuine experience with NISA.

13. Editorial, Blog & Reflective Content

NISA may publish articles, journal entries, reflections, educational materials, styling guidance, collection stories, interviews, community stories, guides, and other editorial content through our website, blog, emails, or social media.

This content is provided for general informational, educational, inspirational, and editorial purposes.

While we make reasonable efforts to provide thoughtful and accurate information, we do not guarantee that all editorial content will be complete, error-free, or appropriate for every individual's circumstances.

Readers are responsible for determining how general information applies to their own circumstances.

14. Faith-Based & Religious Content

NISA may share faith-inspired reflections, Qur’anic verses, translations, commentary, reminders, or other religious or spiritual content as part of our editorial and community-focused work.

This content is shared for general reflection, inspiration, and educational purposes and is not intended to constitute a formal religious ruling, scholarly opinion, or individualized religious guidance.

Translations, interpretations, and understandings of religious texts may differ among translators, scholars, traditions, and readers. NISA may reference translations or other sources for educational and reflective purposes but does not represent itself as a religious authority or scholarly institution.

Readers seeking guidance regarding a specific religious question or ruling should consult qualified sources or scholars they trust.

Nothing published by NISA should be interpreted as a guarantee of a particular spiritual outcome or as a claim to know matters beyond what is expressly stated in the sources being discussed.

15. NISA Journals & Reflection Materials

NISA may create, publish, sell, or distribute physical or digital journals, reflection materials, prompts, workbooks, guides, and other written resources, including Pages of Becoming.

These materials are created for personal reflection, journaling, education, and inspiration.

Where our journals or reflection materials contain faith-based themes, Qur’anic references, translations, reflective questions, or spiritual reminders, they are provided for personal reflection and educational purposes and should not be interpreted as formal religious rulings or individualized religious guidance.

NISA does not guarantee any particular personal, spiritual, emotional, financial, or other outcome from using our journals, prompts, reflection materials, or editorial content.

Personal Journal Entries

Any personal information, reflections, answers, or writing that a customer chooses to place inside a physical NISA journal remain the customer's own private content.

NISA does not collect, access, own, or obtain rights to personal entries privately written in a customer's physical journal simply because NISA created or sold the journal.

16. No Professional Advice

NISA's website, blog, journals, reflections, social media content, emails, and other editorial materials are not intended to substitute for individualized medical, mental-health, legal, financial, religious, or other professional advice.

Any decisions made based on general information or reflections published by NISA remain the responsibility of the reader.

17. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, original content created by NISA—including our brand name, logos, written content, blog articles, reflections, journal prompts, guides, graphics, artwork, photography, original imagery, collection stories, website elements, and other original creative materials—is owned by or licensed to NISA for Women and may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a NISA product, journal, or other material does not transfer ownership of NISA's underlying intellectual property.

Protected NISA content may not be copied, reproduced, scanned, republished, distributed, sold, uploaded in substantial part, commercially exploited, or used to create substantially similar commercial materials without prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

Customers are welcome to share reasonable portions of their NISA experience, including photographs of products or limited portions of journal content, for personal and social-media purposes, provided such sharing does not reproduce or make a substantial portion of our protected content available to others.

Third-party quotations, translations, references, photographs, or other materials remain the property of their respective rights holders where applicable.

18. Community Contributions

Where NISA allows blog comments, community stories, interviews, submissions, or other reader or community contributions, the views expressed by individual contributors belong to those contributors and do not necessarily represent the views of NISA.

We reserve the right to moderate, decline, or remove content containing spam, harassment, unlawful material, hate speech, personal information, misleading claims, or material that infringes another person's rights.

 

19. Creators, Models & Collaborators

From time to time, NISA may work with independent creators, models, photographers, artists, writers, influencers, contractors, community members, or other collaborators in connection with our products, campaigns, editorial content, events, or creative work.

A collaboration, feature, repost, gifted product, paid engagement, or other association with an individual does not constitute NISA's endorsement of that individual's personal views, beliefs, affiliations, statements, conduct, other partnerships, or activities outside the scope of their work with NISA.

Likewise, the personal views or actions of an independent creator or collaborator should not automatically be interpreted as representing the views, values, policies, or positions of NISA for Women.

Creators and collaborators may maintain their own platforms, audiences, opinions, commercial relationships, and activities independently of NISA.

NISA welcomes respectful feedback regarding our collaborations. However, differences of opinion, personal disagreements, online commentary, or third-party perceptions concerning a collaborator do not by themselves establish that NISA endorses or participates in those views or circumstances.

NISA retains discretion over its creative and commercial relationships and may begin, continue, modify, or discontinue a collaboration where appropriate, including where credible concerns relating to safety, unlawful conduct, harassment, fraud, material misrepresentation, or conduct materially inconsistent with the nature of the collaboration come to our attention.


20. Third-Party Services

Our website may rely on third-party providers for services such as website hosting, payment processing, shipping, analytics, reviews, and other functionality.

Third-party providers operate independently and may maintain their own terms, policies, and privacy practices.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NISA is not responsible for interruptions, delays, errors, or other circumstances caused solely by third-party services outside our reasonable control.

21. Accuracy of Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep information on our website accurate and current.

Occasionally, information may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability, shipping, editorial information, or other content.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and update information where reasonably necessary.

22. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website or services to:

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations;

  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive activity;

  • Infringe upon intellectual property or privacy rights;

We may restrict access to our services where reasonably necessary to protect NISA, our customers, or our website from fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or unauthorized activity.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NISA for Women will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our website, products, services, or editorial materials.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability, remedies, warranties, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

24. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless NISA for Women from claims, losses, liabilities, or reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of our website, your material violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

25. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed where necessary.

The remaining provisions will remain in effect.

26. No Waiver

If NISA does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision in the future.

27. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, services, policies, products, or applicable requirements.

The current version published on our website will constitute the current Terms of Service.

28. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and your use of our website are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, together with applicable federal law.

Nothing in this section limits rights available to consumers under applicable law.
