Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
All original tags must be attached
Due to the nature of our limited releases, final sale items are not eligible for return or refund. This includes discounted items and items marked as final sale.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Once a return is approved and received, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
Size Exchanges
We accept exchanges for size only within 14 days of delivery.
Exchange requirements:
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
All original tags must be attached
Customer is responsible for return shipping
Exchanges are subject to size availability
We do not offer exchanges for different designs or colors.
If you wish to purchase a different style, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.
We will review the issue and assist accordingly.
