Finding your fit at NISA begins with understanding two things: your size and your preferred garment length.
On applicable products, these are selected separately. Your size (S/M or L/XL) determines the garment's width and overall fit, while Garment Length determines how long the piece falls.
We recommend comparing your body measurements with the garment measurements in our Size Guide, then selecting the length that best suits your height and preferred coverage.
Q: How does sizing at NISA differ from standard sizing?
At NISA, we recognize that women of the same clothing size may have very different heights and proportions.
That's why we're introducing separate Size and Garment Length selections across applicable collections. You shouldn't have to choose a larger size simply because you're tall, or a smaller size simply because you're petite.
Our garments are also thoughtfully designed with comfortable room for movement and coverage, rather than a closely fitted silhouette.
Q: What is the difference between Size and Garment Length?
Size refers to the garment's overall fit and proportions, including measurements around the bust, waist, hips, and other areas depending on the design.
Garment Length refers to the approximate finished length of the garment, from top to hem.
For example, you may prefer an S/M for your body measurements but need a 60–62" garment length because of your height. Both options can be selected independently when available.

Start with your height, then consider where you prefer your dress or abaya to fall.
Our Size Guide includes suggested height references and seven garment-length ranges, from 50–52" through 62–64".
For the most reliable comparison, measure a dress or abaya you already own that falls at your preferred length.
Remember that height is only a starting point. Body proportions, footwear, and personal preferences can all affect where a garment falls.
Q: Why does NISA use garment-length ranges instead of individual measurements?
We want choosing your preferred length to become simpler and more familiar over time.
That's why NISA organizes garment lengths into consistent ranges, such as 50–52", 52–54", and 54–56".
When you select a range, your garment's approximate finished length falls within those measurements. As you become familiar with the range that works for you, you can use it as a helpful reference when shopping across our collections.
Not every garment is available in every length range.
Q: What is the difference between body measurements and garment measurements?
Body measurements describe your own proportions, while garment measurements describe the actual dimensions of the clothing.
Because many NISA pieces are intentionally designed with a relaxed silhouette, their measurements include additional room for comfort, coverage, and movement.
For example, a garment with a 43" bust circumference does not necessarily mean it is intended to fit a 43" body bust comfortably. The design requires some additional room to achieve its intended fit.
We recommend comparing garment measurements with a similar piece you already own.
